目前高技能人才短缺问题已成为国民经济发展的瓶颈,培养和造就一支高素质的具有先进技能的高级蓝领是一项长期的战略任务。探究高技能人才的成长及发展有利于我国经济增长从粗放型向集约型的转变,有利于满足人力资源需求结构的变化,有利于“招工难”与“就业难”并存这一难题的解决,有利于我国工人阶级的壮大发展,有利于实现国家经济的稳步、健康、持续、高速发展,有利于提升国家的综合国力。笔者通过对高技能人才的问卷调查,总结得出了高技能人才的成长规律,在此基础上,制定出相应的促进高技能人才发展的捷径。

Through the questionnaire survey of highly-skilled personnel, the author concludes the law of growth of highly-skilled personnel, and on this basis, formulates the corresponding shortcut to promote the development of highly-skilled personnel.
