[Objective] To explore the anxiety and its influencing factors of workers with high-frequency hearing loss and provide reference for psychological intervention. [Methods] A total of 108 high frequency hearing loss workers (high frequency hearing loss group) were tested by SAS, and compared with 110 normal hearing workers (normal hearing group). [Results] SAS scores, high-frequency average hearing thresholds of both ears and anxiety in high-frequency hearing loss group were significantly higher than those in normal hearing group (t = 3.242, t = 4.694, χ2 = 5.893, (All P <0.05). Unconditional logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that the related factors of hearing loss were the increase of high-frequency binaural hearing threshold and longer duration of noise exposure. [Conclusion] The workers with high-frequency hearing loss are more likely to have anxiety. We should pay attention to the mental health of this group.
