我矿务局1—100/8型(6KV同步电动机,功率500KW)和1—40/8型(6KV同步电动机,功率250KW)空压机,所配高压开关柜为电动操作。合闸线圈和脱扣线圈均为直流220伏,可采用直流牵引网路275伏作电源。由于事故或检修,高压6KV线路停电后,直流分闸线圈不能脱扣(需要人工按动停车按钮);复电后,同步电动机自行启动,而励磁又未投入,致使同步电动机失励运转,对电动机威胁很大。因此,将高压开关柜增加无压脱扣装置是很有必要的。我们利用了电容贮能原理,将电容与脱扣线圈并联,待失压后,电容对脱扣线圈放电,分断高压油开关。接线如图所示:
