近年来旅游业高速发展,游客对导游人员的专业性提出更高的要求,这就势必要求中职学校在培养学生导游服务技能方面要多下工夫,而导游讲解技能是导游服务技能中最核心的内容,因此,中职学校应不断探索和创新方法,形成一套提高学生导游讲解技能的方案,并且长期坚持和不断完善。笔者经过多年的教学观察和研究,发现中职旅游专业学生在模拟导游讲解存在着不少问题。本文通过分析中职旅游专业学生模拟导游讲解存在的问题,结合中职学生的特点,提出具体可行性建议。
In recent years, the rapid development of tourism, tourists on the professionalism of tour guides put forward higher requirements, which will inevitably require vocational schools in training students to guide service skills to make more efforts, and guides to explain skills is the core of tour guide service skills Therefore, vocational schools should continue to explore and innovate ways to form a set of programs to improve the skills of students to explain the tour guide, and long-term adherence and continuous improvement. After years of teaching observation and research, the author finds that there are many problems for secondary vocational tourism students explaining in simulated tour guides. This article analyzes the existing problems of traveling guides in secondary vocational schools to simulate tour guides, and puts forward some feasible suggestions according to the characteristics of secondary vocational students.
