学校文化是个内涵丰富、外延广阔的概念,它包括学校管理文化、制度文化、校园环境文化、课程文化及教师文化等等学校的方方面面、点点滴滴。随着基础教育课程改革的进一步深化,衡量一所学校是否有先进的办学理念、有鲜明的办学特色、有可持续发展的态势,其主要标准已不只是校园环境、教学设施、优美的建筑等等外显的、物化的因素,重要的是学校文化所涵盖的课程文化与教师文化等内涵。
School culture is a concept with rich connotation and broad scope. It includes school management culture, institutional culture, campus environment culture, curriculum culture and teacher culture. With the further deepening of the basic education curriculum reform, to measure whether a school has an advanced concept of running a school, has distinctive characteristics of running a school, and has a sustainable development trend, its main standards are not just the campus environment, teaching facilities, beautiful architecture, etc. Such as explicit and material factors, what is important is the connotation of curriculum culture and teacher culture that are covered in school culture.
