目的优化白鹤藤Argyreia acuta Lout.中总黄酮和总三萜的提取工艺。方法通过预试验初步确定白鹤藤的化学成分;采用单因素试验和正交试验优化其总黄酮和总三萜的提取工艺。结果白鹤藤中可能含有有机酸、酚类或鞣质、黄酮、三萜皂苷和香豆素等;总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:80%乙醇,液料比1∶40,于60℃提取80 min,含量为156.079 mg·g-1;总三萜的最佳提取工艺为:60%乙醇,液料比为1∶50,于70℃提取80 min,含量为0.275 mg·g-1。结论优选的工艺可为白鹤藤资源的研究提供理论依据。
Objective To optimize the extraction of total flavonoids and total triterpenoids from Argyreia acuta Lout. Methods The chemical constituents of Crane Cane were preliminarily determined. The extraction process of total flavonoids and total triterpenoids was optimized by single factor test and orthogonal experiment. Results Crane Cane may contain organic acids, phenols or tannins, flavonoids, triterpenoid saponin and coumarin, etc .; the best extraction of total flavonoids: 80% ethanol, liquid to liquid ratio 1:40, extracted at 60 ℃ 80 min, and the content of total triterpene was 156.079 mg · g-1. The optimum extraction technology of total triterpenes was 60% ethanol, the ratio of liquid to material was 1:50, and the extraction was carried out at 70 ℃ for 80 min with the content of 0.275 mg · g-1. Conclusion The preferred technology can provide a theoretical basis for the research of Cailvine resources.
