文献的整理、出版是历史研究的基础。改革开放30多年来,学界和相关机构对军调部文献的整理、出版做了大量的工作,在已出版的专题文集或相关文集中披露和发表了一些有关军调部的文献资料。近年来,对当年军调部参加者、亲历者和见证人回忆或口述资料的收集整理也取得了明显的进展。但即便如此,与中国近现代史上其他重大事件或机构相比,军调部档案资料的公布、整理、开发与利用还是明显滞后。本文依据目前能够收集到的资料,对军调部文献资料的整理、出版和利用情况进行简要的评述,并就如何进一步加大对军调部文献资料的收集、整理提出自己的一点思考。
Document finishing, publishing is the basis of historical research. Over the past 30 years since the reform and opening up, academia and relevant agencies have done a great deal of work in arranging and publishing the documents of the military regulators. Some of the documents and materials on the military regulators have been disclosed and published in the published monographs or related collections. In recent years, remarkable progress has been made in the collection and collation of recalls and oral materials of participants, witnesses and witnesses of the military regulators in those days. But even so, compared with other major events or institutions in the modern history of China, the publication, arrangement, development and utilization of archives of the military control department are still far behind. Based on the information that can be collected at present, this article gives a brief review of the collation, publication and utilization of the documents and materials of the military mediation department and puts forward my own thinking on how to further increase the collection and collation of the literature and materials of the military mediation department.
