以东风4D型机车为例，分析了目前内燃机车柴油机起动存在的问题。根据串励电动机及柴油机起动时转矩变化规律，提出采用单片机进行柴油机起动过程控制，实现智能、节能起动。
Taking Dongfeng 4D locomotive as an example, the existing problems of diesel locomotive starting at present are analyzed. According to the torque variation rules of series excitation motor and diesel engine, a microcontroller is proposed to control the starting process of the diesel engine to realize intelligent and energy-saving starting.
