卢吉·科拉尼,1928年8月2日生于柏林,父亲是电影建筑师。在柏林上完中学后就读于柏林艺术学院。1947年在巴黎索邦大学学习气体动力学。1952年毕业后,作为气体动力学专家受聘前往加利福尼亚道格拉斯飞机公司参加高速技术研究。1954年返回欧洲。 先在巴黎,然后在经济开始起飞的柏林建立了自己的设计室。由于为菲亚特汽车公司的Fiat 1100TV型汽车设计而获日内瓦金玫瑰奖。曾先后为阿尔法·罗密欧、兰西亚、大众、宝马等大汽车公司进行设计。1968年在德国家具工业中心威斯特法伦组建自己的设计组,在家具设计领域居领先地位多年。 1972年率庞大设计组迁往哈尔科藤宫,并在国际博览会上取得了引人瞩目的成就。曾为蒂森钢铁公司、维勒劳埃&博赫磁器公司、波音飞机公司、罗森截尔公司、大众汽车公司、宝马汽车公司、美国宇航局进行设计。
Lucio Corrani, born on August 2, 1928 in Berlin, is a movie architect. After completing high school in Berlin, he studied at the Berlin School of the Arts. 1947 Studied gas dynamics at the Sorbonne University in Paris. After graduating in 1952, he was hired as a gas dynamics specialist to the Douglas Aircraft Company of California for a high-speed technical study. Returned to Europe in 1954.
