油菜为三碳作物,具有较强的光呼吸作用。光呼吸作用要消耗掉光合初产物的20~40%,从而减少了作物体内有机碳的积累,并还消耗一定的能量,这样,势必对作物产量有一定的影响。为抑制光呼吸生化过程中的乙醇酸氧化酶的活性,我们于1980年春将亚硫酸氢钠应用于油菜,研究其增产作用、适宜浓度和使用适期,同时还用光呼吸抑制剂2-3环氧丙酸等作了比较。五年来在淮阴市、县科委、农业局的领导和支持下,累计应用面积达35万亩之多,
