Recently, Guanghua School of Management at Peking University hosted a forum titled “Enterprise Transformation and Financial Innovation”, inviting three promoted former CFOs to give speeches from three different listed companies respectively. We asked our senior executives to do lectures at the university because they wanted the teachers and students who work and study in the academy to experience the accomplishments and insights of experts in the field. Speaker A focused on introducing and discussing how to continuously innovate and optimize the financial management process and improve the efficiency of financial management as his company expands with the size of the organization, the organizational structure and the evolution of organizational goals. Speaker B focused on introducing and analyzing the financial arrangements in the process of H-share listing preparation for the company in which the company is located, such as the ownership structure setting, the determination of the stock issuance price, and the historical issues
