中国共产党通过不断学习创新,不仅发展壮大了自身,保持了先进性,而且持续改变中国面貌、不断提高广大人民群众的物质文化生活水平。中共中央在十七届四中全会明确提出了建设学习型政党的战略目标,既是党的建设历史经验的科学结论,又是提高党的建设科学化水平的制度保障。
Through constant study and innovation, the Chinese Communist Party has not only strengthened itself and maintained its advanced nature, but also continuously changed the face of China and continuously improved the material and cultural life of the broad masses of the people. At the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee, the CPC Central Committee clearly put forward the strategic goal of building a learning-oriented political party, which is both a scientific conclusion of the party’s historical experience and an institutional guarantee of enhancing the party’s scientific construction.
