Flood Control and Disaster Relief Headquarters in Henan Province will be separately issued by the Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters of Henan Province in 2004 for the Flood Control and Disaster Relief Task for Major and Major Medium-sized Reservoirs in Henan Province in 2016.
