在pH4.7 酸性介质中,Cu(Ⅱ)与4-(5-氧-2-吡啶偶氮)-1,3-二氨基苯生成有色络合物,与强酸性阳离子交换树脂交换吸附,可进行树脂相分光光度法测定痕Cu(Ⅱ).最大吸收波长λ_max=500mm,表观摩尔吸光系数8=2.8x10~5,Cu(Ⅱ)量在0~9μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律.用此法测定水样中痕量Cu(Ⅱ),结果令人满意.
In pH4.7 acidic medium, Cu (Ⅱ) and 4- (5-oxo-2-pyridylazo) -1,3-diaminobenzene produce colored complexes with strong acid cation exchange resin exchange adsorption Determination of Trace Cu (Ⅱ) by Resin Phase Spectrophotometry. The maximum absorption wavelength λ_max = 500mm, apparent molar absorptivity 8 = 2.8x10 ~ 5, Beer’s law was obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 9μg / 25mL for Cu (Ⅱ). This method for the determination of trace Cu (Ⅱ) in water samples with satisfactory results.
