高校图书馆志愿者服务能够帮助师生更好的利用学习资源,对美化图书馆形象,提高学校的整体教学质量有很大的帮助,构建完善的图书馆志愿者服务体系,不但可以提高图书馆工作效率,还能为学校树立良好的形象,是一项应当引起学校管理人员高度重视的工作,如何建立志愿者服务体系,怎样管理志愿者也成为了许多管理人员重点思考的问题,本文就以高校图书馆志愿者服务体系为中心,从体系建构,体系意义,服务措施能角度叙述构建支援者服务体系的具体措施,探究开展志愿者活动最高效的措施,在最大程度上为高校师生谋利。
