许多年轻的少先队辅导员踏上工作岗位以后,都有一种急切的心情,希望能够尽快发表少先队研究论文,多出研究成果,尽快提高自己的工作水平,实现由“经验型”辅导员向“学者型”辅导员的转变,但急功近利往往欲速则不达。在实践中我发现,把逆向思维渗透到工作之中,把“为了促进工作实践而研究”作为从事少先队科研的出发点,是提高自身科研水平的好办法。依此办法我先后在省级以上报刊中发表少先队工作论文20多篇,出版专著3册,荣获全国少先队工作论文奖16个,省
