通过分析网络环境下医院图书馆的特点,提出网络环境下医院图书馆的发展对策:建立图书馆自动化管理系统,合理配置馆藏资源,建设有专业特色的馆藏信息资源,充分利用网络加强馆际合作,实现文献资源共享,加强人才队伍建设。
