包皮嵌顿多见于小儿,笔者自1980～1993年共经治13岁以下小儿包皮嵌顿24例。 1.年龄:本组24例患儿均在13周岁以下,6岁到10岁的15例。 2.包皮嵌顿的原因和诱因:小儿自己玩弄阴茎引起10例,互相玩弄阴茎引起9例,阴茎过敏自己反复挫擦引起5例。 3.临床症状:包皮嵌顿的主要症状是局部剧痛和包皮远端水肿,周岁以下儿童不会说话表现为哭闹不安,双手乱抓会阴部,少数出现排尿困难。
Foreskin incarcerated more common in children, the author from 1980 to 1993, a total of 24 cases of children under 13 years of age implants incarcerated. 1. Age: The group of 24 patients were under 13 years of age, 6 years to 10 years old in 15 cases. 2.
