为了进一步探讨PLC在焊接机中的应用,进行了立式轮焊机的设计,包括立式轮焊机的方案和操作面板的设计,其中熔接模式具有试验和熔接功能以及可以实现制旋臂的动作、传动轮动作、喷水冷却等;在进行人机操作面板设计中,给出了设计的主画面、功能菜单、修模设定、登入系统画面和报警页面等。由设计结果可知,PLC控制能完成焊接过程中故障显示和全程监控。
