According to Dow Jones Newswires, the Industrial & Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) plans to float shares on both the Hong Kong and Shanghai exchanges at the end of October to net US$19 billion, exceeding NTT Mobile Communications Network Incs US$18.4 billion in 1998.
