从小麦品系“鄂35816”幼穗愈伤组织中得到了Ⅱ型胚性愈伤组织。根据愈伤组织的状态和生长速度提高继代频率,可促使Ⅰ型向Ⅱ型胚性愈伤组织转变,并保持植株再生潜能;1.0~2.0mg/L2,4-D、CaCl2·2H2O3.0mmol/L和KH2PO43.0mmol/L的组合有利于Ⅱ型胚性愈伤组织的生长和植株再生。
Type Ⅱ embryogenic callus was obtained from the young spike of “35816” in wheat line. According to the state and growth rate of callus, increasing the frequency of subculture can promote the transformation of type Ⅰ to type Ⅱ embryogenic callus and maintain the plant regeneration potential; 1.0 ~ 2.0mg / L 2,4-D, CaCl2 · 2H2O3 The combination of 0 mmol / L and KH2PO43.0 mmol / L was favorable for the growth and plant regeneration of type Ⅱ embryogenic callus.
