俗话说得好:一人之智,不如众人之愚;一目之察,不如众目之明。小组合作学习是融合自己和他人思维成果的有效方式,组内成员都能共享大家各自的资源和能力,所以每位成员的能力会在长时间的合作中得到提升。当组内成员有了共同的奋斗目标后,集体的积极性都会被调动起来,幼儿之间会自然而然地发生互帮互助,互相合作。幼儿在交流信息,分享成果时,团体合作精神得到培养。当然,合作是需要组内每一位成员齐心协力共同完成目标,任务才算完成,所以对每个幼儿来说,都必须参与和实施。
As the saying goes: one person’s wisdom, not as good as everyone’s fool; at a glance, not as clear as the public. Group collaborative learning is an effective way to integrate the thinking achievements of yourself and others. Members of the group can share their own resources and abilities. Therefore, each member’s abilities will be enhanced through long-term cooperation. When the group members have a common goal, the collective initiative will be mobilized. Toddlers will naturally help each other and cooperate with each other. Children in the exchange of information, share the results, the group spirit of cooperation has been nurtured. Of course, cooperation requires everyone in the group to make concerted efforts to accomplish their goals and the task will be completed. Therefore, every young child must participate in and implement the task.
