温州地区体检人群血清25-羟维生素D水平的研究

目的了解温州地区体检人群血清总25-羟维生素D[25-(OH)D]的营养状况。方法采集温州地区3 460名体检者的血样标本,用电化学发光法测定血清总25-(OH)D的水平。结果男性25-(OH)D平均水平显著高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。随着年龄的增长,血清25-(OH)D平均水平有逐渐增高的趋势。随着25-(OH)D水平的升高,每个水平段男性的比例逐渐增大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),相反女性的比例逐渐下降。随着季节的变化,每个季节中女性组维生素D充足的比例分别显著低于男性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);夏秋季节25-(OH)D水平均显著高于冬春季节,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。温度与25-(OH)D水平呈正相关(r=0.76,P=0.004)。结论温州地区体检人群普遍存在25-羟维生素D缺乏,季节性变化对血清25-(OH)D的水平有重要影响,女性的缺乏比男性严重,在冬春季节年轻人应该适当增加户外活动。 Objective To understand the nutritional status of total serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25- (OH) D] in physical examination population in Wenzhou area. Methods Blood samples from 3 460 subjects in Wenzhou were collected and the level of total 25- (OH) D in serum was determined by electrochemiluminescence. Results The average level of 25- (OH) D in males was significantly higher than that in females (P <0.01). With the increase of age, serum 25- (OH) D average level has a tendency to increase gradually. As the level of 25- (OH) D increased, the proportion of men in each level gradually increased, with statistical significance (P <0.05). On the contrary, the proportion of women gradually decreased. With seasonal changes, the proportion of vitamin D in women in each season was significantly lower than that in men (P <0.01). The levels of 25- (OH) D in summer and autumn were significantly higher than those in winter and spring Season, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). There was a positive correlation between temperature and 25- (OH) D level (r = 0.76, P = 0.004). Conclusion The prevalence of 25-hydroxyvitamin D deficiency in Wenzhou medical workers is very high. The seasonal changes have a significant impact on the serum 25- (OH) D level. The lack of women is more serious than that of men. Young and middle-aged children should be able to increase their outdoor activity appropriately in winter and spring.
