患者34岁,汉族,塑料厂工人。经妊娠试验及超声检查诊断为葡萄胎收入院。患者13岁月经初潮,21岁结婚,爱人体健。患者曾于1971～1978年妊娠7次,均于2-3个月出现不规则阴道流血,诊为良性葡萄胎。为防恶变,每次都给一疗程化疗,血、尿的HCG测定三次转阴后出院。夫妇双方家属无肿瘤及滋养叶细胞肿瘤史。1983年4月患者曾作染色体核型分析:计数33个细胞,核型为64××。
Patient 34 years old, Han nationality, plastic factory worker. After pregnancy test and ultrasound diagnosis of hydatidosis hospital. 13 years old menarche, 21-year-old married, loving physical health. Patients had pregnancy in 1971 ~ 1978 7 times, were irregular vaginal bleeding in 2-3 months, diagnosed as benign hydatidiform mole. To prevent malignant transformation, each give a course of chemotherapy, blood, urine HCG measured three negative after discharge. Family members of both husband and wife without tumor and trophoblastic tumor history. April 1983 patients had chromosome karyotype analysis: counting 33 cells, karyotype 64 × ×.
