目的：探讨摩托车交通事故多发伤的临床特点和院前急救对策。方法回顾性分析172例摩托车交通事故多发伤院前急救的资料。结果本组172例多发伤患者中，经院前急救安全转运回医院167例，院前死亡15例。院前诊断符合率100﹪。结论准确的院前诊断是院前急救的重要环节，及时有效的院前急救措施是有效提高摩托车交通事故多发伤成功率的关键。“,”Objective Investigate the clinical characteristics of motorcycle traf ic accident multiple injuries and pre-hospital emergency countermeasures. Methods Retrospective analysis of pre-hospital emergency information of 172 cases motorcycle traf ic accidents multiple injuries. Result Among the 172 patients of multiple injuries , 167 patients safely transport back to the hospital by the pre-hospital emergency, 15 patients are death, pre-hospital diagnosis coincidence rate is 100%. Conclusion: Accurate pre-hospital diagnosis is an important part of the pre-hospital emergency, timely and ef ective pre-hospital emergency countermeasures are the key factors in ef ectively improving success rate of motorcycle accident multiple injuries .
