本文阐述了压力变化速度对水循环特性的影响。文中列出了四种炉型上的变工况试验情况和核算结果,从而得出:锅炉实际运行中可能产生的升压和降压速度,远远小于计算得出的允许压力变动速度;在稳定工况下水循环安全可靠的中、高压及超高压锅炉,在一般的变动工况下,水循环仍然是安全的,不需要进行核算.文中还对《苏联蒸汽锅炉水力计算标准方法》(草案)中提出的校核方法作了评价,最后作者还给出允许升压和降压速度的计算方法。
This paper describes the effect of pressure rate on the characteristics of water cycle. The article lists the test conditions and the calculation results of the changing conditions on the four types of furnaces, and draws the conclusion that the speed of boosting and depressurization in the actual operation of the boiler is far less than the allowable rate of pressure variation calculated. Under the condition of normal change, the water cycle is still safe and does not need to be accounted for.
