伴随时代的发展脚步,越来越进步的社会意识不断激励着各行各业的发展。在科学技术迅猛入侵的时刻,人们越来越关注人才的培养。伴随对人才的关注和需求,教育事业就占据了社会发展的重要位置。在教育事业的进行中,总是会有这样那样的问题出现,为了更好的解决问题,不光要进行学生的拼的培养,还要提升对教师的品质要求,进行教师的修养行为进步培养。本文就根据实际发生的案例进行分析和研究,希望让越来越多的教育者注意到教育行为实施过程中的缺失,不断的完善教育方式,并且不断的提升教师行为和修养。针对案例中实际情况的研究,得到班主任的反思实践能力。
Accompanied by the pace of development of the times, more and more progressive social awareness continue to inspire the development of all walks of life. At the moment of the rapid invasion of science and technology, people are paying more and more attention to the cultivation of talents. With the concern and demand for talent, education occupies an important position in social development. In the course of educational undertakings, there always will be such problems, in order to better solve the problem, not only to fight students fight, but also to enhance the quality requirements of teachers, teacher training behavior and progress training. Based on the actual case analysis and research, this article hopes that more and more educators will pay attention to the lack of implementation of educational behaviors, constantly improve their educational methods, and constantly improve teacher behavior and self-cultivation. Aiming at the actual situation in the case study, I got the teacher’s ability of reflection practice.
