大力发展农村职业教育,加快农村剩余劳动力的转移和提高农村的素质,是社会主义新农村建设成功的关键。作者通过深入农村调研,发现益阳市农村职业教育在良好的发展态势下,仍存在着许多困难与问题。本文在剖析现状的基础上、对益阳市农村职业教育的发展进行了有益的探讨。
Vigorous development of rural vocational education, speeding up the transfer of rural surplus labor and improving the quality of rural areas are the keys to the success of building a new socialist countryside. Through in-depth rural research, the author finds that there are still many difficulties and problems in rural vocational education in Yiyang City under the good development trend. Based on the analysis of the present situation, this article makes a useful discussion on the development of rural vocational education in Yiyang City.
