以往的离心式压气机一元流动热力计算,一般采用两种方法,一是计算叶轮通流内的流动损失,二是凭经验选择叶轮多变效率。这两种方法都是先计算叶轮多变指数,然后再用多变过程来计算叶轮出口处气动参数及几何参数。这种计算很复杂,工作量大,而且,对于不同型式的压气机,如何准确地、合适地选择叶轮多变效率是比较困难的。本文提出的用等熵过程代替多变过程,方法简捷,经实践证明是可行的。
Previous centrifugal compressor unidirectional flow thermodynamic calculation, the general use of two methods, one is to calculate the loss of flow in the impeller throughflow, the second is based on experience to choose variable vane efficiency. Both of these methods first calculate the variable index of the impeller, and then use the variable process to calculate the aerodynamic parameters and geometric parameters of the impeller exit. This calculation is very complex and requires a lot of work. Moreover, it is difficult for different types of compressors to accurately and appropriately select variable impeller efficiency. In this paper, we use isentropic process instead of changing process, the method is simple and it is proved feasible by practice.
