重庆五大功能区域发展战略自2013年9月提出至今已有两年。重庆市发改委表示,围绕《关于科学划分功能区域、加快建设五大功能区域的意见》,重庆市两年来陆续出台了50多项配套政策措施(“1+3+X”政策配套),推动五大功能区域实现差异发展。这50多项配套政策措施,以考核、产业、财政三大核心政策为支撑,形成了特色引导、分类支持、差别约束的政策助推格局,推动五大功能区域实现差异发展。
Chongqing five functional areas of development strategy since September 2013 has been proposed for two years. Chongqing Municipal Development and Reform Commission said that in the past two years, more than 50 supporting policies and measures (“1 + 3 + X” policy support) have been promulgated in Chongqing in the light of the “Opinion on Scientifically Separating Functional Areas and Accelerating the Construction of Five Functional Areas” Five major functional areas to achieve differential development. These 50 supporting policies and measures supported by the three core policies of assessment, industry and finance formed a pattern of policy support featuring distinctive guidance, classified support and differentiated constraints, and promoted the development of the five major functional areas in a differentiated manner.
