目的:构建复方鱼腥草片的质量控制方法。方法:采用HPLC测定复方鱼腥草片中绿原酸、黄芩苷含量,采用HPLC建立复方鱼腥草片的指纹图谱。结果:绿原酸、黄芩苷的线性范围分别为0.031 7~0.475 5,0.33~4.95μg,加样回收率分别为99.18%,98.81%;确定了15个共有峰,构建其共有模式,12批样品中相似度较高,均在0.8以上。结论:所建立方法稳定、简单,可用于复方鱼腥草片的质量控制。
Objective: To construct the quality control method of compound Houttuynia cordata. Methods: The content of chlorogenic acid and baicalin in compound Houttuynia cordata was determined by HPLC. The fingerprint of compound Houttuynia cordata was established by HPLC. Results: The linear ranges of chlorogenic acid and baicalin were 0.031 7 ~ 0.475 5 and 0.33 ~ 4.95 μg, respectively. The recoveries were 99.18% and 98.81%, respectively. Fifteen common peaks were identified and their common patterns were established. Twelve High similarity in samples, all above 0.8. Conclusion: The established method is stable and simple and can be used for the quality control of compound Houttuynia cordata.
