目的通过品管圈活动在手术编码中的应用,探索提高手术编码准确率的有效方法。方法调取QCC实施前后2015年1月-2月和2015年5月-6月出院病案,随机抽取30%检查编码。对品管圈活动前后手术编码的准确率进行统计。结果手术编码准确率由原来的90.2%提高至95.1%。结论品管圈活动提高了手术编码准确率,提高了编码人员的积极性、创造性、主动性,也提高了工作人员参与科室管理的意识,品管圈的运用在提高手术编码准确率中有显著效果。
Objective To explore an effective way to improve the accuracy of surgical coding through the application of QA activities in surgical coding. Methods Before and after QCC implementation, patients were discharged from January 2015 to February 2015 and from May to June 2015, 30% of them were randomly selected for examination. Statistics on the accuracy of surgical coding before and after the quality control ring activity. Results The accuracy of surgical coding increased from 90.2% to 95.1%. Conclusions QA activities improve the accuracy of surgical coding, improve the enthusiasm, creativity and initiative of coders, and raise awareness of staff participation in department management. The use of QC circles has a significant effect in improving the accuracy of surgical coding .
