水利普查是一项重大国情国力调查,是国家资源环境调查的重要组成部分。按照国务院第一次全国水利普查领导小组的统一部署,我省自2010年1月开始,开展了为期3年的全省第一次水利普查。为做好全省水利普查宣传报道工作,省水利普查办公室(以下简称省水普办)根据全省水利普查工作的总体部署与阶段安排,以“总体部署、把握重点、突出亮点、制作精品”为思路,充分利用各级媒体,广泛深入开展宣传动员,形成全社会关心、支持水利普查工作的良好氛围。
