[人物名片]周宏泉,1963年出生,籍贯湖南,研究生学历。1980年到空军某部服役,历任政治处干事、政治指导员等职。1995年退役,先后出任莲花北村管理处主任、深圳市鹏基物业管理有限公司总经理等职。现为深圳市鑫长投资有限公司总经理、深圳市北方物业管理有限公司董事长兼总经理。1999年开始,先后发表理论研究文章几百万字,提出了“人力资本是物业管理的第一资本”物业管理等理论,出版理论专著《物业管理新思维》。周宏泉说话不多,但他说的话往往都十分精彩。他说,作为军人时,我得以在部队这个大熔炉里激扬青春、淬炼成长;作为商人时,我又可以在社会这个大舞台上经营企业、创造价值。一路走来,有风有雨,有苦有甜,有惊有喜,有得有失……
