今年3月29日,湖北省档案局召开了省直机关电子文件归档管理与规范移交会议,专题安排部署省直机关电子文件归档管理与规范移交试点工作。这是继去年5月省委、省政府“两办”召开省直机关档案工作会后的一次落实会和推进会。对于湖北省直机关电子文件归档管理与规范移交是个热点工作,也是个难点工作。为配合省直试点的全面铺开,本期“档案焦点”栏目特别推出吴绪成同志的《推进机关电子文件归档管理与规范移交若干问题研究》一文。文章从大处着眼,细节着手,注重实用,提出的“国家战略、全球视野、专家角度、软着陆方略”思考,对试点工作的开展和档案学术研究都是有益的。
On March 29 this year, Hubei Provincial Bureau of Archives held an electronic file filing management authority and regulatory transfer meeting, thematic arrangements for the deployment of provincial electronic file filing management and standardize the transfer of pilot work. This is the first time that the provincial party committee and the provincial government held a meeting for the implementation and promotion of the archives of the provincial organs directly under the “two offices” in May last year.
