针对发动机进排气门导杆采用QPQ类工艺处理的诸多弊端,在国家发明专利(89108123.2)工艺的基础上,从盐浴成分配比、活性成分、热处理参数及共渗处理层的摩擦学性能等多方面对其进行了研究。研究结果表明,适合气门导杆表面处理的TND-2工艺,即钒氮硫盐浴共渗技术,其渗层质量、摩擦学性能均优于现用于气门处理的几种工艺,且生产效率提高,污染降低。经该工艺处理的玉柴YC6105QC发动机气门顺利通过1000h可靠性试验。
