目的了解襄州区餐饮业食(饮)具消毒的效果。方法日常监督大型、中型、小型饭店食(饮)具2 315份,进行大肠菌群检测。结果该区餐饮业食(饮)具卫生质量总合格率75.90%。大型饭店餐饮具卫生质量合格率为96.89%,中、小型饭店合格率为70.83%,两者之间有显著性差异(χ2=188.94,P<0.01)。结论加大卫生监督力度,增强卫生从业人员的卫生意识。
Objective To understand the food and beverage industry in Xiangzhou District (drinking) with a disinfection effect. Methods Daily supervision of large, medium, small restaurants food (drink) with 2 315 copies for coliform detection. Results The food and beverage (drinking) health quality of the district with a total pass rate of 75.90%. The passing rate of health food in large restaurants was 96.89%, while the passing rate of medium and small hotels was 70.83%. There was a significant difference between the two (χ2 = 188.94, P <0.01). Conclusion Increasing health supervision and enhancing health awareness among health workers.
