A_(52),A_(53),A_(54)型检流计结构比较复杂,因此修理工艺要求就高一些,根据我多年的实际工作经验,在此提供几点修理经验。一、常见故障原因及修理方法 1、常见故障原因 (1)、通电时检流计不偏转可能①张丝或导流丝有损坏;②动圈和测量线路开路。 (2)、检流计偏转幅宽不对称①检流计平衡没有调整好;②有一根导流丝损坏;③导流丝焊接不平整或两根导流丝焊接后长短不一样;④水平位置不对。 (3)、检流计不回零位①由于严重冲击或张丝疲劳变质引起不回零。②可动线圈上有灰尘或其它杂质。 (4)、检流计灵敏度下降①大多数是由于接触不良、动圈短路;②磁场强度减弱等。
