在现代社会,生活方式对健康的影响越来越大。有专家指出,在影响人寿命的诸多因素中,生活方式占了60%。不良生活方式引起的疾病,将成为人类健康的头号“杀手”。过去,在生活方式或生活习惯方面有些说法和做法,经过实践检验是不正确、不科学的,我们应走出不良生活方式的误区,按照新的、科学的生活方式生活。
In modern society, lifestyle has an increasing impact on health. Some experts pointed out that in many factors that affect people’s lives, lifestyle accounted for 60%. Diseases caused by unhealthy lifestyles, will become the number one “killer ” of human health. In the past, some opinions and practices on lifestyle or living habits have not been correctly and unscientificly tested by practice. We should step out of the misunderstanding of unhealthy lifestyles and live in a new and scientific way of life.
