本次驱虫试验旨在对比稻城县常用驱虫药物,试验依普菌素透皮涂擦剂的临床可靠性,为今后的用药计划提供参考。在四川省甘孜州稻城县赤土乡牧场随机选择40头成年牦牛,分为试验组和对照组,每组20头,试验组使用依普菌素透皮涂擦剂按照0.5 mg/kg体重剂量经颈背部皮肤直接涂擦给药;对照组未投药并按平时饲养方式继续喂养。试验组使用依普菌素透皮剂驱虫1个月后,通过体表观察试验牦牛皮肤内牛皮蝇幼虫、疥螨的驱杀效果以及使用寄生虫粪便学检查牦牛体内线虫虫卵转阴率。试验结果表明,试验组牦牛无明显不良反应,牛皮蝇包囊明显少于对照
