本文报导了条斑紫菜(Porphyra yezoensis Ueda)自由丝状体快速培养并用固相化方法采苗下海养殖的试验。结果表明自由丝状体可以在较短的时间内快速生长发育成熟。用固相化方法采苗可以克服自由丝状体室内集中放散壳孢子困难的缺点。每网采200万枝壳孢子囊枝切段,其出苗情况、紫菜生长均达到生产要求。本试验为自由丝状体快速采苗应用于生产上提供了一条新途径。
This article reports the rapid culture of free filamentous bodies of Porphyra yezoensis Ueda and the experiment of harvesting seedlings in the sea by solid phase method. The results show that free filaments can rapidly grow and mature in a short period of time. Using solid phase method for seedling can overcome the shortcomings of the difficulty of concentrated release of ascospores in the free filamentous room. Each network mining 2 million branches of conchosporangia cut, the emergence of the situation, seaweed growth have reached production requirements. This experiment provides a new way for the rapid harvesting of free filaments in production.
