现有企业吸收能力的研究大多关注吸收能力对外部知识的获取和利用,而对吸收能力是如何改变企业内不同类型的知识结构,进而影响企业不同类型的技术创新行为却一直没有得到很好的研究。分析了潜在吸收能力与实现吸收能力对企业知识获取和知识重构的影响,分析表明,潜在吸收能力有助于企业独立的隐性知识的增长,实现吸收能力则有利于企业系统的显性知识的形成。在此基础上我们分析了潜在吸收能力和实现吸收能力与不同类型技术创新之间的关系。
