采用问卷调查法对广州市中小学教师公民意识的整体状况从公民身份意识、国家意识、权利意识、义务意识、法制意识、民主意识和公民道德意识等七个维度进行的调研显示:广州市中小学教师公民意识的整体水平较高。其中,民主意识水平最高,各维度均达八成以上;权利意识等其他六个方面也较好。主要问题是:教师的名誉权意识和批评建议权意识较弱,纳税意识和行为存在脱节现象,环保意识和参加公益活动的意识水平偏低,关于公民、国家和法律等方面的知识比较缺乏。为此,应该加大公民意识的宣传力度,积极开展相关活动;健全学校制度,为教师公民意识的培育提供制度保障;加强教师的公民意识教育,丰富教师与公民意识相关的知识。
The questionnaire survey on the overall status of primary and secondary school teachers’ civic awareness in Guangzhou from the seven dimensions of citizenship awareness, national awareness, rights awareness, voluntary awareness, legal awareness, democratic awareness and civic morality shows that: Primary school teachers have a higher overall level of civic awareness. Among them, the highest level of democratic awareness, each dimension reached more than 80%; awareness of rights and other six aspects are also better. The main problems are as follows: Teachers’ awareness of right of reputation and criticism are weaker. There is a disconnect between tax awareness and behavior, awareness of environmental protection and participation in public welfare activities, and lack of knowledge about citizens, countries and laws. To this end, publicity of civic awareness should be intensified and relevant activities should be actively carried out. The school system should be perfected to provide institutional guarantee for the cultivation of teachers’ civic awareness. Teachers’ civic awareness education should be strengthened to enrich teachers’ knowledge of civic awareness.
