血清甘胆(CG)在肝细胞内合成,由胆贮存,在肠内被重吸收,经门静脉绝大多数被摄取,溢人体循环的总量<1%,因而外周血CG含量甚微。当肝细胞受损或胆汁郁滞时,肝脏排泄胆汁酸发生障碍而返流入血循环中,亦可使血中CG含量增高。因此,血清中CG水平是反映肝实质损伤的一项重要指征。测定CG是评价肝功能的敏感指标之一。我们通过对81名献血员和128名肝病患者CG含量测定分析比较,报告如下:1 材料与方法1.1 标本采集:献血员,采血前均经严格体检,肝病组为我院住院病人。清晨空腹(12小时)静脉采血,常规分离血清。1.2 试剂来源:北京北方生物技术研究所。1.3 测定方法:严格按试剂盒说明要求操作,用上海核福光电仪器有限公司的SN-695智能放免γ测量仪测定。
