我们的父亲缪良离开我们已经一年了。一年来,老爸的音容笑貌经常浮现在我们的眼前。谨此.追忆以往生活中的一些事情,作为对老爸逝世一周年的深情纪念。严以律己宽以待人老爸1941年毕业于上海交通大学,那正是抗战最艰苦的年代。他到了云南保山等地,投入滇缅公路上的抗战物资运输工作。两年后他到重庆一家工厂的铸造车间开始具体操作技术的学习,从此开始了他从事铸造技术工作的生涯。20世纪50年代,他来北京后,除了搞铸造技术工作又兼作行政管理工作,直至1966年。20世纪70年代末,他回到技术岗位上工作。
