刃磨用杯形树脂砂轮,原用螺母固定在砂轮轴上,当砂轮磨损到一定程度时,因轴头的螺母高出砂轮,使剩下约30mm的砂轮不能被充分利用。现改在砂轮盘上根据轴头螺纹配制左旋螺纹,把砂轮盘直接拧在轴头上,并在砂轮盘上等分制作M6三个螺孔,在砂轮底部配钻Φ6.5的3个孔,用沉头螺钉加1mm厚纸垫,把砂轮固定在砂轮盘上防止在工作中砂轮发生移动,这样充分利用了砂轮有效长度,节约了砂轮。为保证砂轮盘的加工精度,M20×2.5左旋螺纹和直径d,必须垂直于A面,端面偏摆不大于0.02mm。M20×2.5左旋螺纹必须与砂轮轴配制(见右图)。
