利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜对热处理前后P92钢焊接接头的组织、断口形貌进行分析;利用洛氏硬度计、电子万能试验机对热处理前后P92钢焊接接头的力学性能进行测定及分析。结果表明,焊态下P92钢焊缝区、热影响区的显微组织均为马氏体和残留奥氏体,且硬度较高,约为42.69 HRC;母材区为回火托氏体;经焊后热处理,3个区域组织均为回火托氏体组织,其硬度值均与母材区相近,约为37.55 HRC;焊后热处理前后P92钢焊接接头断口形貌均为韧窝+撕裂棱,属于韧性断裂,经热处理后P92钢焊接接头屈服强度和断面收缩率明显高于焊态下试样,分别为842.21 MPa、46.20%。
The microstructure and fracture morphology of P92 steel welded joints before and after heat treatment were analyzed by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The mechanical properties of P92 steel welded joints before and after heat treatment were measured and analyzed by Rockwell hardness tester and electronic universal testing machine. The results show that the microstructure of weld zone and heat affected zone of weld P92 steel are martensite and retained austenite, and the hardness is high, about 42.69 HRC; After the post-weld heat treatment, the three regional organizations are tempered to the Tectonic organization, the hardness values are similar to the base metal area, about 37.55 HRC; P92 steel welded joints before and after heat treatment fracture morphology are Dimple + tear Crack edge belongs to the ductile fracture. After heat treatment, the yield strength and the reduction of area of P92 steel welded joint are obviously higher than those of welded state, which are 842.21 MPa and 46.20% respectively.
