地方综合性院校英语专业的人才培养目标应确立为:根据地方经济、社会发展的需要,培养语言基础扎实、专业知识宽厚、实践创新能力强的复合型、应用型英语专门人才。但目前英语专业教学中往往存在由“实训缺失”而带来的:语言综合技能薄弱和“学院式”英语与职后实践应用无法对接两大问题。宜根据学科特点、学生现状及社会需求,整合全院力量,构建并实施了“学生参入”的教学模式,课内外衔接,鼓励学生参与,突出教学中的实践环节。
The target of cultivating English majors in local comprehensive institutes should be set up as: to cultivate compound and applied English specialists with solid language foundation, generous professional knowledge and strong ability of practical innovation according to the needs of local economy and social development. However, in the teaching of English major, there are often two problems caused by the lack of practical training: the weak comprehensive skills of the language and the unapproachable application of “college-style” English and post-professional practice. According to the characteristics of the subject, the status quo of the students and the needs of the society, we should integrate the power of the whole hospital, construct and implement a teaching mode of “Student Participation ”, integrate the lessons inside and outside the class, encourage the students to participate, and highlight the practical aspects of teaching.
