常规土工试验项目多,试验周期长,每做一项试验,都要进行操作、读数、计算、查表、绘图、校对等,需要大量繁琐、复杂、重复的劳动。特别是有些试验项目,连续试验达30多个小时,经常要安排工作人员昼夜值班,付出相当辛苦的劳动。由于多方面的原因(如手工操作、视觉误差、笔下失误),所出试验成果免不了误差较大。
Routine geotechnical test projects, long test period, each to do a test, have to operate, reading, calculation, look-up table, drawing, proofreading, etc., requires a lot of tedious, complex and repetitive work. In particular, some pilot projects, with over 30 consecutive hours of testing, often require staff to work day and night with considerable hard work. Due to many reasons (such as manual operation, visual error, pen mistakes), the test results inevitably result in a larger error.
