构建和谐社会是党的十六届四中全会提出的一项重大战略任务,是巩固党的执政基础、实现党执政的历史任务的必然要求。和谐社会建设是一项系统的工程,它涉及到政治、经济、法律等社会各个方面。“依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家”是构建和谐社会的目标之一,更是实现社会和谐的重要保障。而行政法作为我国的重要法律部门之一,以其自身所特有的优势必将在社会主义和谐社会的建设中发挥积极的作用。
Building a harmonious society is a major strategic task proposed by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee, and is an inevitable requirement for consolidating the party’s governing foundation and realizing the party’s historic task. The construction of a harmonious society is a systematic project that involves all aspects of society such as politics, economy and law. “Governing the country according to law and building a socialist country ruled by law” is one of the goals of building a harmonious society and is an important guarantee for achieving social harmony.
